Ardith spent 20 years as a marketing executive for Procter & Gamble and Clairol. As Vice President, International
Marketing for Clairol, she had line responsibility for an $800 million global business and oversaw all aspects of marketing including strategy development, new product development, advertising,
and promotion. In addition, she also worked as a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company in New York. Since moving to Santa Fe seven years ago, she has run a successful marketing consulting business catering to both business and non-profit clients. She has an MBA from Northwestern University and a BA from Wellesley College.
Karen worked for 20 years in
marketing management for
companies such as L’Oreal USA, Chesebrough-Pond’s, and Bristol Myers before starting her own highly successful marketing consulting firm in 1995. Her skill set includes strategic planning,
project management, and
advertising. Karen also has 20 years experience with a variety of non-profits on a volunteer
basis, managing the successful merger of two domestic violence agencies in Connecticut. She has an MBA from The London School of Business and a BA from Cornell University.
